Getting To Palmar
Palmar is located directly on Red Frog Beach on Bastimentos Island, or Isla Bastimentos, about a 10-minute boat ride from the main island, Isla Colon. You can catch a boat from Bocas Water Excursions anytime for $8 per person. You can also contact +507 6867 6188 via Whatsapp to coordinate a boat at any time.

From the arrival dock on Isla Bastimentos, it's about a 7-minute walk to Palmar. We will have staff with wheelbarrows available to help with transporting any luggage that you cannot carry (but do your best to travel light!).
